Vegan Sour Cream

This one is super easy and takes a couple of minutes. If you thought that your days of dipping were over, think again. This easily tastes as good if not better than sour cream, and has the added bonus of not being ladled in fat. It takes just 3 ingredients to make too. Win!

You will need:

  • 1 pack of silken tofu
  • Juice of one smallish lemon
  • A splash of cider vinegar (about a teaspoon)

All you need to do is whack everything in a food processor until it’s neatly blended together. You can use a stick blender if you can’t be bothered with lugging your food processor out of the cupboard too.
